FAQ's:

 

What is the shelf life of my custom label bottled water? All bottles are date-stamped upon production. The water should be consumed within two years.

How will I receive my product?? Small orders will be processed on an individual needs basis through a distributor.  Larger orders will ship directly from us in pallet quantities to your loading dock, or if storage is an issue we can arrange for your pallet to be sent directly to the distributor of your choice.  In this case you can receive much smaller quantities, although you should expect case handling charges similar to that which you are already paying.  How long will it take for me to receive my finished product?? From the time you say "Lets go" you should allow 3 weeks for plastic and 4 weeks for glass.  Rush orders are a possibility.

How is my product packaged?? Your bottles are case packed in corrugated boxes or tray packaging covered with shrink-wrap. Full pallets are again wrapped assuring your product arrives safely. A wrapped pallet allows for clean storage and mobility in the future.

How do I get my artwork done??  Ideally, the simplest way is for you to provide us with artwork in digital form. If you do not have digital art, our design experts will make the process easy for you. Your final product can be as colorful or as detailed as you desire.
